#7 Shave Your Legs!
If you want to have a day to yourself and make yourself feel better physically and mentally, start off by shaving your legs and shaving other parts of yourself as well! Every girl loves the feeling of nice smooth legs to relax and boost their overall appearance for the day. Who doesn't love the freshly shaved feeling? Be sure to use shaving cream to avoid nicks and cuts, and apply lotion after. And when you’re ready to go out that night, show off those sexy legs like it’s nobody’s business!
#6 Cleanse Your Face
Washing your face is a huge start. Use face mask and creams to help rejuvenate your skin. Leave the mask on while lounging around the house or watching Real Housewives on TV. Allow your skin to sit and relax, and the rest will follow. Who needs to go to the spa for $500? Just do it at home and enjoy yourself just as much. You should ALWAYS wash your face day and night, but for this particular day adding a face mask won’t hurt.

Doing your nails at home is another way to save money and feel better about yourself. You look at and use your hands every day, do not neglect them. Simple things like filing them and putting a new coat of nail polish will boost your esteem up instantly. I really enjoy nude nail polishes for this fall, but use colors that you would be happy to see for the next two weeks. I’d also suggest using gel instead of regular nail polish because it last a lot longer. Now days you can buy the whole kit for 25 dollars at Target!

Tea is a way to soothe you and make you feel all warm and cozy for the fall. It can also be beneficial to your skin and body allowing it rid of many of the impurities in your body from its minerals and herbs. Do not drink coffee as an alternative for tea. Coffee makes you jittery and isn't really good for your overall health. Just drink a nice cup of tea to relax you while you’re reading a magazine or nice book.
