Coffee can be a benefit not only with weight loss, but also with your daily health. You need to be wary of adding all the extras to it. Black coffee is a calorie free source of caffeine, but when you start adding cream and sugar it can become as bad as a soda. If you really hate it black, then try just reducing the amounts of cream and sugar you add.
