Located in Northern Ireland, this beautiful and natural structure was formed from flowing lava that hardened and formed the beautiful rock-like structures featured above. This beautiful occurrence was named one of the greatest wonders in the United Kingdom. The stepping-stone figures make this location a great tourist destination, but be careful on them as the tallest ‘stepping-stone’ is 12 meets high!

Located in Argentina, this beautiful sky view picture is of the Upsala Glaciers, which is becoming less and less of a glacier due to what scientists’ believe is a mixture of global warming, and different pollutions stunting and reversing the growth. This beautiful glacier can still be seen; with scientists trying to estimate the remaining lifespan this amazing glacier still has, so get there sooner than later!

Located in the beautiful state of California, thousands upon thousands of, to say the least, GIANT trees are found in the Redwood National Park. Each tree has an average age of 3,000 years old, and are the tallest tree species on Earth. The tallest tree in the world, located in this park, is measured at 379 feet… That is pretty large considering the average tree height is anywhere from 20-40 feet.
#3 The Salar De Uyuni
Located in Bolivia, the Salar de Uyuni (try to say that out loud) is the world’s largest salt flat. A salt flat is a surface of different minerals, which goes on for miles and miles. This beautiful and natural happening creates an amazing display that lasts miles and miles. These flats are our source of the world’s lithium, and are slowly being destroyed currently to fulfill our needs! It is said that if it rains, the salt flats will turn into somewhat of a mirror when it reacts to water; that is one big mirror to look at yourself in!

Wow, this beautiful cave is called Jeita Grotto, and is located in Lebanon. This cave, specifically a limestone cave, stretches for more than five miles underground. The entrance to this amazing cave is about 100 meters above sea level, and as mentioned before, stretches and lowers down to more than 5 miles underground. An amazing place to visit for sure!

Located in Jordan and Israel, the Dead Sea is the lowest place on Earth. At 1,312 feet below sea level, it crushes its next competition, which is only 509 feet below sea. The Jordan River is its source for water. The beautiful, calm, and majestic picture was taken in Jordan by a photographer focusing on the many effects and structure that is demonstrated in extreme below sea-level situations. Astounding, and an amazing place to swim if you ask me!
